The modifiers were added by township officers to show the varience in valuation between these selected spots and the average productivity of that soil type in other places in the county. The non productive areas have been determined by the township officers to show areas of Road, Woodlands, Shelterbelts, Waterways, Marshes, Waste, and Inundated Land.
